Africa 2000 Marketing was established in 1995. In 2015 we changed from Labour Broking to a Service Orientated Company.A2M Services, our staffing division was formed in 2003. A2M Services was formed to meet the unique needs of industry in the Richards Bay and Empangeni area. In 2011 we expanded our services to Durban, and in 2018 further expanded to Gauteng. Our experienced personnel have supplied a wide range of staff, to an even wider range of companies over the last 20 years.
We started out with unskilled labour placement which then gave the staff member an opportunity to grow. Upskilling is our passion and we love to see growth in our staff.
We have an employee first attitude. Customer service is a priority, and we have a hands-on approach. Founder Dorrit Smith is assisted by Chanel Janse van Rensburg, the Operations Manager in Richards Bay and Nathi Shibe, the Operations Manager in Durban.

Dorrit Smith
Managing member (100%)Dorrit has worked extensively in the labour market and as a result, SERVICE is her major focus. Dorrit' s indepth knowledge of the industry, and her ability to communicate at all levels, makes her a key leader of this dedicated team.
Phiwa Buthelezi
Senior Payroll AdministratorPhiwa has been involved in the labour industry, since 1994, and has worked in all departments, gaining a wide range of skills. She now specialises in the payroll systems which she helped to develop, along with Dorrit. Her friendly personality and dedicated attitude, makes Phiwa a great asset to the A2M team.

Accounts AdministratorNonjabulo Mbuyazi has been a dedicated team member for many years, keeping our Accounts department up to her meticulous standards.
Chanel Jansen van Rensburg
Operations Manager and Office Manager - Zululand, Richards Bay & Empangeni, Felixton and surroundsChanel joined A2M in 2007 with an industrial background. She has dealt with labour on all levels, and has an excellent knowledge of what is required in the various industries that we operate in. Her ability to deal with Staff and Management makes her invaluable to the operation.

Operations Manager - DurbanWith years of experience and a keen eye for detail, Nathi keeps our Durban operations running smoothly.

How we started.
Africa 2000 Marketing was established in 1995. Our main focus was Marketing existing and new companies in and around Richards Bay and Empangeni areas. In 2002 we realised that there was a greater need in outsourcing and decided to expand and created a new division called A2M Services. In 2015 we changed from Labour Broking to a Service Orientated Company
